1. Services
Yassen provides custom software consulting, program development, and web development services.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are due as specified in project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all rights to the final delivered code and assets.
4. Limitation of Liability
Yassen's liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
